Description
What is meditation? How do I meditate? Why should I meditate? These are just some of the questions we will answer as we dive deep into the science and art of meditation, and learn profound meditation techniques that you can incorporate in your everyday life. This workshop will arm you with knowledge that has been handed down from one spiritual guru to another, and will provide you with tools to initiate your spiritual journey. This is a donation based workshop Agenda: 1) 20 minutes - Debunking myths and understanding the essence of meditation 2) 20 minutes - Exploring the benefits of meditation on the mind and the body 3) 20 minutes - Examining the different types of meditation 4) 25 minutes - Guided meditation to cleanse your system 5) 15 minutes - Learning a simple daily meditation practice 6) 10 minutes - Questions and Answers The meeting is virtual on Zoom. Event time: 12:30pm to 2:30pm EDT Expected Experience: Beginner About the instructor: Weam Charaf Eddine is a science and spirituality polymath. His unique view of both insights had allowed him to create this objective yet embracing a platform called “Mediate for Change”. As a researcher and lecturer, YouTuber, and consultant, his interest lies in demystifying the mystical so people from all walks of life to have the right tools for making outstanding changes in their lives. Weam holds a B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering, and a post grad in Energy Management from University of Toronto. He is also a QHHT certified hypnosis practitioner, and his research in the fields of brain/heart coherence, and consciousness led him to create Soul Secrets (YouTube channel and website), which introduce Science into Spirituality, and allows us to simply Question Our Reality from it’s very core.
